Beautiful location, incredible hot springs, amazing swimming pool, comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Nothing it was perfect.

Located in a beautiful setting with plenty of activities to enjoy. You can go zip lining among the trees or cool off in the refreshing pool. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, and boast modern design including a large bathroom. The staff provides excellent service during your stay. Enjoy a hot breakfast with an ala carte option. Facilities include slides in the pool and private terraces.

Smoking is allowed in some areas of the hotel which may not be ideal for non-smokers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is stunning with beautiful lakes and trees surrounding the hotel. The hotel facilities were superb with fantastic hot springs and amazing swimming pools that were kept very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. Additionally, we were impressed with the buggy service that made our stay even more comfortable.

The overall experience was a letdown as the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was never properly resolved, and the cost of some of the activities was quite high.

The resort lacks diversity in activities and entertainment, especially at night. It would be great to have more options for things to do after the sun sets.
